Shipping
Items ordered from Eagle Camping Equipment are normally shipped within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed before 12:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time will be processed that day and shipped within 48 hours. Normal shipping will take 4 - 5 business days. Optional shipping methods are available in the shopping cart.
Backorders
Occasionally an item may be out of stock at the time the order is placed. Should this happen you will be notified of the delay and anticipated ship date. Normally the delay will not be more than a few business days.
Returns
All merchandise to be returned must be authorized by our returns department. For questions about returning a product, please contact our Customer Service Department. Returns of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee, at our discretion. No returns will be authorized after 14 days from the receipt of the shipment.
Authorzed Returns Procedure
1 - Return the item to the address given to you by our returns department.
2 - Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of the returned item. Any returns sent via U. S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value over $100.00 should be insured. We cannot be held liable for return items that do not reach our return department.
When the merchandise is received and processed by our returns department, we will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund. You can expect your refund payment to be within 14 to 21 business days from the time we receive the returned item. The refund will be made in the same form used to make the original purchased.
We can refund the shipping costs only if the return is a result of an error.
You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping your order or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Warranty
All warranties for products purchased from Eagle Camping Equipment are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. Any and all issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers.
